Commercial Laundry Capsules For Hotels

Commercial Laundry Capsules for Hotels & Hospitality

Pre-measured laundry capsules for hotels, motels, serviced apartments, hospitals, and laundromats. Precise dosing, predictable cost per load, and a wash that is simple for any housekeeping team to get right.

Why hotels choose pre-measured laundry capsules

In a busy commercial laundry room, dosing is where most money is lost. Pour-and-guess liquids over-dose on slow days and under-dose on busy ones. Pre-measured capsules fix that problem at the source:

• Cost control per load. One capsule = one dose. Linen cost per room becomes predictable and reportable.
• No measuring, no spill. Housekeeping staff drop in a capsule and start the cycle — faster onboarding, fewer ruined uniforms and stained linens from over-pouring.
• Consistent wash quality. The same dose every load keeps towels and sheets at a consistent standard across rooms and shifts.
• Cleaner, safer storerooms. No heavy drums, no drips on floors, no slimy measuring cups — a real safety and hygiene win for housekeeping teams.
• Less waste. Full dose goes into the drum, not the bottle or the dispenser drawer.

We supply the categories a commercial laundry room actually uses, all available in bulk:

• Scent booster — a signature fresh finish guests notice on towels and bedding
• Washing machine cleaner — keeps commercial machines and dispensers free of residue and odor

Commercial laundry pods and bulk supply for hotels

Hotels and commercial laundries most often ask for pre-measured capsules rather than liquid drums. As a commercial laundry pods manufacturer, BIMAX supplies:

• Bulk laundry capsules for linen, towels and staff uniforms
• Dishwasher pods for on-site restaurants and banquet service
• In-wash scent booster beads for guest-facing freshness
• Washing machine cleaner for commercial machines and dispensers

What type of laundry detergent hotels use varies by property, but the operational driver is the same: a fixed dose per load that housekeeping cannot over- or under-pour.

Switching to capsules: what changes in your laundry room

Switching from bulk liquid to capsules is mostly a workflow change, not an equipment change — no machine retrofit is needed. The main adjustments are:

• Dosing leaves the process. Staff stop measuring, so dose accuracy no longer depends on individual habit or workload.
• Inventory gets countable. One pack equals a known number of loads, which makes linen budgets and reordering easier to plan.
• Storage footprint shrinks. Capsule packs stack cleanly and need no drip trays or pour stations.
• Training gets shorter. New housekeeping staff learn one rule per load — one capsule — which cuts costly dosing mistakes.

Custom formulations for hotel brands

Frequently asked questions

Do you supply hotels directly, or only through distributors?

Both. We work with individual properties and with distributors supplying multiple facilities.

What MOQ should a hotel expect for bulk capsules?

MOQ depends on pack size and whether the order is branded or plain. Minimums depend on pack size and branding — contact us for a quote.

Can we put our hotel or distribution brand on the capsules?

Yes. Private label and custom packaging are available — see OEM / private label.

Are the capsules suitable for commercial machines?

Yes — the formula and dissolving film are designed for standard commercial wash cycles. For high-temperature or very long cycles, tell us your machine profile and we will recommend the right product.

What laundry detergent do hotels use?

Most properties use either a commercial liquid detergent with a dosing system or pre-measured capsules. Capsules are increasingly common because the dose is fixed in the pod, so cost per load stays predictable and there is nothing to spill in the linen room.

Do you supply bulk laundry pods for hotel groups?

Yes. We supply bulk laundry pods and capsules to hospitality groups, commercial laundries and distributors, with standing orders and scheduled delivery available. Pack size, branding and delivery cadence are confirmed per property or group.
